In the Consulting of Psychology and Health Montse Valls Giner, as based psychological therapies, we do, we have opted for the use of humanistic psychology, as this stream is to take the best of the individual in order to try to restore its inner calm. The patient is guided so can develop its potential. The idea is that the person can successfully connect to itself, it is essential to achieve empathy between professional and patient. But the most important thing is to solve the patient's problems and get the disappearance of the disorder that afflicts him , will be used , when necessary valid , relevant and are suitable methods for this purpose , as quickly as possible.

It is important in this type of therapy, there is proximity between the professional and the patient therefore, in our office, have created nice, comfortable and warm spaces, to achieve this goal more easily.
