Herpes. To apply soaked compresses with Yo Vital nº1 during 30 minutes, on the affected areas. To repeat 3 or 4 times per day.
Fungus and Athlete's foot. To apply the directly Yo Vital nº1.
Rheumatism, Sciatica, Lumbago, Arthritis, Cervical Artrhosis, etc. It will be carried out a massage on the aching area and next a small quantity of Yo Vital nº1 will be applied.
Sprains, Bruises, Hit. To apply soaked compresses with Yo Vital nº1 during 30 minutes, on the affected areas. To repeat 3 or 4 times per day.
Acne. To apply directly on the affected area.
Fatigue and it Tires. To apply in form of massage for the whole body, preferably after taking a shower. It can repeat 2 or 3 times per day.
